Explanation and solution:
Those errors are typically returned when only one or two of the Payment, Return or Shipping profiles have been selected for an item, while for example the other profile/s have been set to Do Not Use Profile. eBay have the "all or nothing" rule for the Business Policies and the way to bypass this error is either to select the three profiles for the particular item at the same time and re-list it or none of the profiles (Do Not Use Profile) instead and then fill in all of the related fields for payment, return and shipping.
If some changes have been made recently to the business policies directly on eBay, go to Channels in the left-hand navigation, select eBay, then open the Settings tab. Scroll to the Payment Profile Default, Shipping Profile Default, and Return Profile Default fields. Click View profile details next to each field to confirm the profile IDs/names SureDone currently has on file. There is no longer a dedicated 'Refresh Profiles' button on this screen — if a profile you expect isn't listed in the dropdown, use the Import tab's Import all products (or Authorization tab's Reauthorize ebay) to have SureDone re-pull your current eBay account data, then re-check the profile dropdowns.
