The status field describes a product record in SureDone. It does not by itself confirm whether a listing is active on eBay, Amazon, or another channel.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
draft | A draft saved in SureDone, for example by creating a draft in the product editor or using bulk action=start. Creating a draft does not publish it to channels. |
publish | The published SureDone product status used for the SureDone storefront. Storefront visibility also depends on the product's other settings. This value does not confirm successful publication to a marketplace. |
disable | The product is disabled for the SureDone storefront. Check each channel separately to determine whether its listing is still active. |
attribute | A variation child record. It represents a selectable variation within a product family rather than an independent parent product. |
archive | An additional accepted status value. Do not use this value as a substitute for ending a channel listing or deleting a product. If it appears unexpectedly, ask SureDone Support to confirm the workflow that set it. |
Check channel status separately
Open the product's channel details and review its listing identifiers, the result of its latest update, and the listing on the marketplace. A publish value can remain even when a channel update failed; disable alone does not establish that every channel listing has ended.
Before publishing or relisting a product, review the channel skip settings so the action reaches only the intended channels.
