SureDone can send the eBay Condition Description (the seller's notes about the condition of a used or refurbished item) from a product field.
1. The product field used for condition notes is set in the account's eBay settings. New accounts use the notes field by default. To use a different field, or if condition notes are not reaching eBay, contact SureDone Support.
2. Edit the product and fill in that field (for example the Notes field).
3. Click Update. The text is sent to eBay as the listing's Condition Description the next time the listing is created or revised.
Note: eBay ignores the Condition Description on items listed as New (condition IDs 1000–1499) and on listings that use condition descriptors.
