When doing a bulk relist, all you need in your .csv is "action=relist" in the first cell (minus the quotation marks) and a column for your GUIDs:
Your .csv should look like the above. Then, go to Products > Bulk Uploads (https://app.suredone.com/#!/bulk/uploads) and choose your file. Once you do that and check off the appropriate channels you want to skip, you can continue with your upload and successfully relist your products.
