SureDone's standard bulk CSV exports use UTF-8 encoding.
Opening an export in a spreadsheet
If accented letters or other characters appear incorrectly, use your spreadsheet application's text or CSV import option and select UTF-8 as the encoding and comma as the delimiter. Check the preview before importing.
Reopen the original downloaded file with the correct encoding before saving changes. If characters still appear incorrectly, contact SureDone Support with the export details and an example of the affected text.
