If you would like to add a new Amazon instance for a different country it's fairly simple. However, the new instance you create will need to be fully configured - including authorization, settings and field mappings. SureDone has a professional services team that can help you set all configurations for a small fee, or if you have any issues while you are setting it up - please feel free to open a support ticket.
- In your SureDone Account, click Channels in the left-hand navigation. This expands to show all of your connected channel instances plus an Add Channel link at the bottom.

- Click Add Channel to open the channel catalog page, then click the Add Channel button on the Amazon row.
- If you already have an Amazon instance connected, a dialog titled "You have unauthorized Amazon channels" appears. Click Add a new Amazon instance to create another one — the new instance is created and named automatically (e.g. "Instance 4"), so there is no manual naming step or Save button.

- You'll be taken straight to the new instance's detail page, which has tabs for Instructions, Authorization, Settings, Import, Manage Fields, and Reports. The Manage Fields tab is where you configure per-product-type field mappings for this instance (replacing the old 'XML mappings' area).

- Click the Authorization tab on this same page to walk through the 2-step wizard (Permissions → Complete) and connect your Amazon seller account.
