Since SureDone doesn't process your payments directly, you cannot complete the refund action directly in SureDone.
1. You should go to the payment processor (such as PayPal or Stripe) to refund the payment. If this was done on a channel, process the refund on that channel.
2. Add the stock back to the item if the order is being returned or cancelled.
3. If you use SureDone for Order Fulfilment - go to the order, click "Edit" and upload the tracking number as "REFUND" or "CANCELED" for your records and then Mark the item as Shipped
