Yes, any Published product in SureDone will automatically populate on the storefront. If the product is in Draft status in SureDone, it means it has not been published to the storefront.
You can also push it to any active eCommerce Channels such as eBay and Amazon at the time of creation. For this process, you can browse through the eBay & Amazon folders to understand how to push the product to channels.
