Tracking number post back filter

Create an automated filter that will correct the order carrier name based on the tracking number loaded. We ship with 4 different carriers and when automation loads tracking numbers it does not identify and in turn posts the incorrect carrier to the sales channel. As carriers use unique identifiers, this filter could be created in the advanced settings where users select "tracking number prefix" and "related carrier". Examples

tracking number prefix = 9405 then update carrier to USPS

tracking number prefix = 1z then update carrier to UPS
