Introduction

Are you looking to start selling on one of the fastest growing and dedicated automotive parts marketplace?

The AutoParts4Less integration is comprised of several automations, each performing a function.

You should enable them in this order. Read the description for each section to understand why.

Adding the Automations

1. Click on Automations in the lefthand column of SureDone
   
   
2. Click on "Install New Automation" in the upper right hand corner of the page.
   
   
3. Search for "AutoParts4Less" to view available automations.
   
4. Select "Install" to add the automation to your SureDone account. In this case, start with the SKU Import (read the order of installation above)

Authorization

After you’ve created your AutoParts4Less seller account and have been approved, login to the seller account and navigate to Seller Business then Auth Token, and click to Generate New Auth Token. You will then add that Auth Token into your SureDone account to complete this integration.

AutoParts4Less SKU Import

• This will create the following fields in your account:
  • autoparts4lesssku
  • autoparts4lessshippingpolicyid
  • autoparts4lessfitmentsent
  • autoparts4lessskip
• The automation will attempt to link pending listings created on the marketplace so they are ready to be synced via SureDone.
• Runs every hour at the top of the hour

AutoParts4Less Listing Creation (Automotive)

• This will create the following fields in your account:
  • autoparts4lesssku
  • autoparts4lessshippingpolicyid
  • autoparts4lessfitmentsent
  • autoparts4lessskip
• The automation will attempt to create new listings on the marketplace that have autoparts4lesssku 0 and a valid eBay category id "ebaycatid"
• Upon sending the listings, a bulk file will write back the value of PENDING to the autoparts4lesssku field for successful requests and ERROR for failed requests
• By default, the integration will automatically map your eBay category to the marketplace category
• The integration will also attempt to automatically map item specifics
• The following custom fields can be created as optional overrides

AutoParts4Less Listing Update (Automotive)

• This will create the following fields in your account:

  • autoparts4lessskip
• The automation will attempt to update existing listings on the marketplace that have valid autoparts4lesssku and autoparts4lesssku 0
• By default, the integration will automatically map your eBay category to the marketplace category
• The integration will also attempt to automatically map item specifics
• The following custom fields can be created as optional overrides

AutoParts4Less Inventory & Price Export

• The automation will update price and inventory for existing listings on the marketplace that have valid autoparts4lesssku
• Optionally you may create and set fields for "min stock" and "max stock" adjust the marketplace specific inventory
• The following custom fields can be created as optional overrides
  • AutoParts4Less Price autoparts4lessprice
• Runs every 2 hours at top of the hour
• There is an option to do a full inventory refresh per the steps below:
  • Disable the integration
  • Change the "search" parameter to "Send products refresh"
  • Trigger a full manual run and email yourself the results
  • Once complete, change the search parameter back to "Send products changes"
  • Reenable the integration

AutoParts4Less Fitment Export

• This will create the following fields in your account:
  • autoparts4lesssku
  • autoparts4lessfitmentsent
• The automation will attempt to update existing listings on the marketplace with fitment that have a valid autoparts4lesssku and autoparts4lessfitmentsent 0 and ebayepid filled with valid fitment
• The integration will automatically map your eBay EPIDs to the marketplace fitment
• Upon sending the fitment, a bulk file will write back the value of 1 to the autoparts4lessfitmentsent field
• Runs every hour at the 30th minute

AutoParts4Less Orders Import Summary

• The orders import integration runs in two parts, import summary and then import details
• The automation will import new orders base data with status INCOMPLETE
• Runs every 15 minutes

AutoParts4Less Orders Import Details

• The orders import integration runs in two parts, import summary and then import details
• The automation will update INCOMPLETE orders with all order data and optionally sync inventory for sold items
• Runs every 21 minutes

AutoParts4Less Orders Import Updates

• The automation will update orders that have been CANCELED
• Runs every hour at the top of the hour

AutoParts4Less Orders Tracking

• The automation will update orders on the marketplace with ship tracking and mark them as fulfilled
• Runs every 30 minutes

AutoParts4Less Listings Disable

• The automation will attempt to disable listings by sending 0 inventory for existing listings on the marketplace that have a valid autoparts4lesssku and autoparts4lessskip 1
• The integration will automatically map your eBay EPIDs to the marketplace fitment
• Upon sending the request successfully, a bulk file will write back an empty value to the autoparts4lesssku
• This integration is meant to be run manually only
