BigCommerce is an ecommerce platform for running your own online store. SureDone connects to your BigCommerce store so you can list and update your products there from SureDone, alongside your other channels, and bring your BigCommerce orders into SureDone.
What the integration does
- Lists and updates products on BigCommerce from SureDone, including images, videos and custom fields.
- Lists variations, with their own price, sale price, cost, weight, dimensions, stock, UPC, MPN, GTIN, bin picking number and image.
- Imports your BigCommerce products into SureDone from the Import tab of the BigCommerce channel. SureDone prepares the import and emails you, so you can review the data before applying it.
- Imports orders from BigCommerce every 15 minutes, and sends tracking numbers back to BigCommerce.
- Brings in your BigCommerce lists of categories, brands, tax classes, option sets and shared options, so you can choose them in SureDone.
- Assigns products to storefronts if your BigCommerce store has more than one.
Things to know
- SureDone doesn't create categories. Create them in BigCommerce, then refresh them in the BigCommerce channel settings to use them in SureDone.
- Each variation can have one image.
- Changes you make to products directly in BigCommerce aren't copied to SureDone automatically. To bring them in, run an import from the Import tab.
